Return Policy

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to a problem or a defect with the item, or you have received an item different from what you have ordered, kindly contact the customer service team via Email at: care@goldenscent.com, or call us at one of the following numbers to initiate and schedule the return process.

    Once we’ve heard from you, we will inform the courier to collect your order. We won’t keep you waiting! We will directly issue a refund coupon that is redeemable on our website for the price of the item returned. You can use the coupon to order any other item you would like!

    You can also send an email to care@perfumeco.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. You will receive a label attachment from care@perfumeco.shop with a return airway bill (AWB) number. After that, drop off all exchange items at the nearest Aramex office with the return airway bill (AWB) number. Following that, please notify us by sending an email, and a voucher will be issued immediately for your use.

    Please ensure the product is unused and in good condition, with labels intact and the original packaging undamaged. Remember to ship the item inside the Golden Scent box.

    If you experience a problem with the fragrance and longevity, you can return the perfume to us for a quality check. If there is a problem with the fragrance, we will issue you with a refund. However, if no issue is detected, the perfume will be shipped back to you

    If the customer refuses to accept the returned item, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will not reship the item again or issue a refund.

    Please note that makeup products and skin care are non-returnable once purchased.

  • We provide our customers with a 24 hour notice period of returns. Please note that the items must be in the original packaging and must be unused.

  • We offer our clients a refund service if the product is received damaged from the shipping process or a product received is different from what was ordered. There are two methods that the customer can choose from.

    First method: Refund the amount using the same payment method through which the order was completed.

    For example:

    - Credit cards: The amount will be returned to the same card that was used.

    - Tabby or Tamara: The amount will be returned via Tabby and Tamara.

    - Cash on Delivery: We will need the customer to provide us with bank information to transfer the amount to his account.

    * Please note that the process of returning the amount through the bank will take a maximum of 10 to 14 working days.

    Second method:

    The customer can exchange the amount for a purchase voucher of the same value or exchange the purchased product for free, as Golden Scent will cover the costs of returning the product and shipping.

    *Please note that delivery fees and cash on delivery service fees will not be refunded with the value of the product.

  • The sooner you inform us that you want to initiate a return process the better! Our Aramex team will arrive within 2 working days to your doorstep to pick-up the item. A refund coupon will directly be sent to you via email afterwards.

  • If you used a voucher (for example a SAR/AED 30 or KWD 2 voucher) to purchase something from our website, then we just add it to your return coupon.

    For example, if you ordered a fragrance for SAR/AED 100 or KWD 8 and you used a SAR/AED 30 or KWD 2 voucher, this means that you paid SAR/AED 70 or KWD 7. But if you returned the item for a valid reason, then we still provide you with a SAR/AED 100 or KWD 8 coupon so that you won’t lose the benefit of having used a voucher!

  • At GOLDEN SCENT, the most important for us is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better!

    Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, this happens within one business day. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a very early stage. If this is the case, please contact GOLDEN SCENT at:

    However, if your order has been shipped we would not be able to cancel it. Please note that in our efforts to deliver best customer service, we aim to ship your order as soon as possible. Hence, in case you change your mind, we would advise you to contact us at care@goldenscent.com directly.

    If you cancelled your order after its shipped, or do not respond on Aramex courier for delivery, this will lead to block your account to pay using cash on delivery payment method.
